Replaceable Core Shell
Core shell with replaceable solid core is used in Liquid and / or Suction lines in large refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. These are specifically designed to provide flexibility over a wide range of applications.
A wide range of fittings for suction line applications and interchangeable lay-in dimensions with other manufacturer model increases product versatility for use of 48 cubic inch core, which helps in removal of moisture, acids, waste and oil. Option of single/two and three cores available in varieties of model A new design of internal assembly provides the advantage of using Dry All 'DPE 48 BD' and 'DSS 48' filter element, which removes solid contamination such as copper oxides, chips and other metal particles during flushing and continuous running application in both directions.

Replaceable Filter Drier Core
With the advent of new HFC refrigerant and Polyolester lubricants, we must evaluate the way in which we protect our systems. The synthetic oil are highly hygroscopic that attract moisture several times more than mineral oils. This increases the amount of moisture in a system which if left untreated will form organic and inorganic acids and finally lead to the formation of copper chloride. These contaminants are very harmful and they attack the system and their components effecting their performance.
The Replaceable Series molded core is composite of carefully selected desiccanrt materials, artfully blended with a low content binder providing very high mechanical strength, outstanding filtering capability, high moisture absorption and acid removal.
