Angle Type Globe Valves
Brassomatic Packed Line Angle type Globe Valves are equipped with seal caps and nylon gasket with stainless steel spindle and ‘Teflon’ seating. The globe valves are of back seating type with special silicon gland packing and can be packed while the plant is in operation. The valves can also be used with standard C class steel pipes with suitable adaptors.

Shut-off Valves
Brassomatic Hand Shut-Off Valves are of compact design and durability, combined with functional beauty and rugged dependability. The valve has been designed after rigorous research by our engineering team backed by expertise in valve technology. The body is of special forged brass with precision made stem, accurately machined with Teflon seating to ensure positive shut off. The silicon sealing gland bush guarantees against gas leakage because of the back seating arrangement in the spindle. The easy to grip handle is of elegant design. Brassomatic hand shut-off valves are manufactured out of special grade brass to give long and trouble free service. The valves can be safely used for all gases, oils, water and low temperature steam service. It can also be mounted on a control panel with ease.

Needle Valves
Brassomatic needle valve have been completely redesigned to offer improved stem packing and closing features. Neoprane stem seal is under pre-determined compression and never needs adjustment.
Positive closure is assured by precision machining of stems. This design allows for a slight wedging action of the stem into the seat to assure positive shut off valve design also provides good flow control. It can be used at working pressure up to 300 PSI.
Valves should be installed so that inlet pressure is below the seat. On valves with both tubing and pipe thread connections the pipe thread end is always the inlet.
Packed Globe Valves
Brassomatic Packed Line Globe Valves are equipped with seal caps and nylon gaskets. When inverted the wing type cap may also serve as operating stem with stainless steel spindle and Teflon seating. The globe valves are of back seating types with special Silicon gland packing and can be packed while the plant is in operation. The valves can also be used with standard ‘C’ class steel pipes with suitable adopters.

Packed Type Receiver Valves
Brassomatic Angle Type Receiver Valves have forged brass bodies and protection caps. Packed two-way angle valve is of back seating type with forged brass body.

Pressure Relief Valves
Brassomatic Pressure Relief Valves have been designed for installation on pressure vessels containing gas and to provide positive instantaneous action with high volume discharge. All valves reach full volume within 10% of the setting. They are available with standard setting ranging from 100 psi to 650 psi. These valves are also available with special settings. The body is manufactured out of special brass with highly sensitive spring set at the desired pressure and sealed.
